Arm Limited is seeking an proactive Operations Analyst to join our Vendor Management team, handling onboarding and lifecycle activities while owning operational tooling, reporting and automation. You will work with Jira, Power BI and Power Automate to deliver clear visibility into performance and risks.
The role requires strong data skills, collaboration with global stakeholders and a proactive, process-driven mindset to streamline workflows and controls across the vendor ecosystem.
The Vendor Management team supports the effective management and operation of our external vendor ecosystem. We work globally, across internal teams, vendors and key stakeholders to ensure vendor engagements are established, onboarded and managed effectively, with the right processes, governance, data and controls in place.
Our responsibilities span the vendor lifecycle and include onboarding and offboarding, operational governance, stakeholder and vendor coordination, process management, reporting and analytics, data quality, tooling and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Operations Analyst to join the team in India. This role will combine day-to-day vendor management and onboarding support with ownership of operational tooling, reporting and process automation. The successful candidate will be comfortable and proficient working with data and systems as well as engaging with stakeholders and vendors to drive activities through to completion.
