Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar automotive after-sales role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive repair, preventive maintenance, and vehicle parts.
• Good communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
• Computer literate and able to prepare service-related reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspection and accurately document customer complaints.
• Prepare job orders, service estimates, and repair recommendations.
• Explain required repairs, parts, labor costs, and estimated completion time to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service departments to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and provide regular updates to customers.
• Conduct vehicle release and explain completed repairs and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and additional repair recommendations.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate encoding of service transactions.
• Promote preventive maintenance, repair services, and other after-sales products.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, safety procedures, and policies.
