Job summary

Autokid Mobility Solutions is seeking a Service Advisor to assist customers with their vehicle service needs and coordinate repair and maintenance activities on-site. You will ensure excellent customer service throughout the service process and document every step.

The role involves inspecting vehicles, preparing estimates, explaining repairs and costs, and ensuring timely completion by coordinating with technicians and parts teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in automotive-related fields.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar after-sales role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive repair, preventive maintenance, and parts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspection and document customer complaints.
• Prepare service orders, estimates, and repair recommendations.
• Explain repairs, parts, labor costs, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service departments to finish jobs on time.
• Monitor progress of repairs and provide updates to customers.
• Explain completed work during vehicle release to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and service-related concerns professionally.
• Follow up on service satisfaction and potential additional repairs.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate encoding of service transactions.
• Promote preventive maintenance and after-sales products.
• Comply with service standards, safety procedures, and policies.
