Job summary

Dangdang New Energy Auto Service ( Philippines ) Ltd., Corp. is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and the after-sales team.

You will warmly welcome guests, assess service needs, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians while updating them until release. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, documenting vehicle symptoms, presenting service estimates, obtaining approvals, tracking progress, and ensuring quality checks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1+ years in customer service; automotive experience is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage with customers at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Analytical thinker with proactive issue resolution.
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools; comfortable with email, chat apps.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist professionally on arrival.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, or email about services and costs.
• Schedule service appointments and confirm bookings.
• Document vehicle symptoms and prepare repair orders.
• Provide service estimates and obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper service execution.
• Update customers on progress and vehicle status.
• Maintain reception area and filing of service records.
• Assist with warranty/insurance documentation if needed.
