Job summary

Autokid Mobility Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Service Advisor to assist customers with vehicle service needs, coordinate repair activities, and uphold excellent service standards.

You will inspect vehicles, prepare estimates, explain repairs and costs, and liaise with technicians, parts, and service departments while ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• With experience as a Service Advisor or similar automotive after-sales role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive repair, preventive maintenance, and vehicle parts.
• Good communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
• Computer literate and able to prepare service-related reports and documentation.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on-site in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspection and accurately document customer complaints.
• Prepare job orders, service estimates, and repair recommendations.
• Explain required repairs, parts, labor costs, and estimated completion time to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service departments to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and provide regular updates to customers.
• Conduct vehicle release and explain completed repairs and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and additional repair recommendations.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate encoding of service transactions.
• Promote preventive maintenance, repair services, and other after-sales products.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, safety procedures, and policies.
