Job summary

OPENLANE in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Backoffice Associate in Metro Manila to support vehicle remarketing operations and data integrity.

You will perform quality control on vehicle condition reports, update transport status, and communicate with the U.S. backoffice team to ensure accurate listings. A college degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in a similar role, and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of work experience.
• The candidate should have a strong academic record.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in a call center or BPO company is preferable, but not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

• Help with a variety of backoffice tasks.
• Perform quality control on vehicle condition reports before posting them in the auctions.
• Conduct CARFAX Quick Check History, vehicle's actual mileage, trim level, drivetrain, engine, and interior/exterior damages to make sure that it is aligned with what Backlot Cars auction covers to avoid arbitrations.
• Update transport status of vehicles.
• Communicate with the U.S. backoffice team on a regular basis.
