Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Support daily sales administration for the Philippine market, including collection, sorting, and summary of regional sales data.
• Track regional sales targets and channel performance, identify operational and sales issues, and report business abnormalities.
• Monitor local market trends, new energy vehicle industry policies, import/export regulations, and competitor activities; compile market analysis briefings.
• Organize and optimize localized new energy vehicle product documents; research local customer preferences and build a market operation database.
• Serve as liaison for the Philippine regional business, coordinating with local sales staff, dealers, and internal/external departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in formulating regional sales plans, complete inventory statistics, update ledgers, and support sales performance reviews and data analysis.
• Manage dealer reimbursement processes including document collection, compliance verification, system submission, progress tracking, and ledger maintenance.
• Complete ad-hoc sales administration tasks and special business support as assigned.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or above with fluent English proficiency; preferred majors include Marketing, International Trade, Vehicle Engineering, or Business English.
• Keen interest in the automotive industry, new energy vehicle overseas business, and international market development with a willingness for a long-term career in overseas sales administration.

• Clear logical thinking, good communication, cross-department coordination skills, high stress resistance, and ability to handle multi-task fast-paced work.
• Preference for candidates with knowledge of Philippine market culture, local new energy industry policies, automotive industry experience, or relevant internships/work experience.
