OPENLANE is seeking a Backoffice professional in the Philippines to support vehicle condition reports, CARFAX checks, and transport status updates. You will collaborate with the U.S. backoffice team to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

This role requires a college graduate with 3–5 years of experience, and strong written and spoken English. BPO experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a global, innovative vehicle marketplace.

Formación

• College graduate or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in a call center or BPO company is preferable, but not a strict requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Help with a variety of backoffice tasks.
• Perform quality control on vehicle condition reports before posting them in the auctions.
• Conduct CARFAX Quick Check History, vehicle mileage, trim level, drivetrain, engine, and damages to ensure alignment with Backlot Cars auction coverage.
• Update transport status of vehicles.
• Communicate with the U.S. backoffice team on a regular basis.
