Landworks Development Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Associate to support showroom and dealership activities, assist customers with inquiries, present products, prepare quotations, and close sales transactions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field, with 1–2 years in sales or customer service in the automotive industry, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Formación

• Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle features and terminology.
• Experience assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, presentations, quotations and sales transactions.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and showroom/dealership activities.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and dealership operations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, product presentations, quotations, and sales transactions.
• Support sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, documentation, and sales coordination.
• Present automotive products and features to customers in showroom or at events.
• Coordinate showroom/dealership activities and fieldwork as needed.
