Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Program Coordinator for Sales Operations in Makati. You will ensure data integrity across systems, scrub and map dealer data, and support the Sales Team with data-driven insights. Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, plus collaboration with Slack and Domo tools, are essential.

The role emphasizes data stewardship, timely case creation in Slack/email, and strong collaboration with the Sales Ops Team. A proactive multitasker with good communication will thrive.

Qualifications

Strong CRM proficiency with Salesforce.
Advanced Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Monitor data integrity across systems and escalate data issues to the appropriate team.
Identify duplicates and help provide unique opportunities for Sales Team.
Assist with Lead Generation Data Scrubbing and assignment.
Triage Tier 1 Support Cases regarding Data and Out of Business.
Vet Dealer Group and membership and tag appropriately.
Map acquired data to existing platform data through Salesforce.
Utilize standard processes for data stewardship and validation.
