OPENLANE Philippines is seeking a Customer Support (Backoffice) specialist to join our hybrid team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You will handle backoffice tasks, verify vehicle reports, and coordinate with the US backoffice team.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with 3–5 years of experience, strong written and verbal English, and a background in call centers or BPO is a plus. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a global tech company.

Responsibilities

• Backoffice tasks and data entry as needed.
• Perform QC on vehicle condition reports before posting to auctions.
• Run CARFAX Quick Check incl. mileage, trim, drivetrain, engine and damages for auction alignment.
• Update transport status of vehicles.
• Communicate regularly with the U.S. backoffice team.
