Job summary

Getz Healthcare Pty Limited seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Vascular portfolio to lead end-to-end management, drive growth, and set strategic direction with strong cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

You will develop marketing plans, evaluate performance with data-driven insights, and identify new market opportunities while managing forecasting and inventory to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• Twelve years of experience total; eight years in Cardiovascular Product Management and five in Marketing, in pharma/medical devices.
• Strong background in Marketing Research and Analysis; adept in feasibility studies.
• Ability to search and develop new markets for principals.
• Working knowledge of forecasting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical marketing plans including pricing strategy and training.
• Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and track performance with data-driven insights for strategy and market positioning.
• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, expand beyond traditional segments, prepare sales forecasts for supply chain planning and monitor inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking; champion consignment processes.
• Identify, engage, and develop brand and therapeutic experts, KOLs, and maintain relationships with health care practitioners.
• Act as product expert; support customer-facing teams with training and technical/commercial expertise; drive customer experience initiatives and foster brand loyalty.
• Analyze potential of new partners/products and launches to drive growth; perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
