Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
• Experience in marketing, sales, and product planning is expected.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, collaborate, and implement strategic and operational plans to optimize profitability and market share for brands.
• Lead multiple assignments to help the BU meet business goals and manage budgets for advertising and promotion.
• Coordinate with headquarters, sales, market access, and medical teams to drive GTM strategies.
• Present to staff, train field teams, and engage with KOLs and advisory groups.
