Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive marketing and financial performance across product portfolios, aligning strategies with business goals.

You will lead a Marketing Plan, coordinate with Sales, and oversee campaigns, training, and market intelligence to boost growth and market share. This role offers exposure to a leading healthcare solutions provider and opportunities to develop across multi-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Medical Representative.
• At least 1 year as District Sales Manager (DSM).
• At least 1 year experience as Associate Product Manager in a pharmaceutical (ethical) company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Marketing Plan, including forecasts, budgets, and strategies
• Achieve sales targets within approved promotional expense budgets
• Design and execute promotional activities with the sales team
• Lead development of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of planned activities
• Manage inventory levels with BU Head and Purchasing
• Conduct product training and assess development needs of Medical Representatives
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitors and trends
• Monitor product performance and evaluate marketing effectiveness
• Prepare reports on product movement and campaign outcomes
