Qualifications

• Five+ years in medical-device or healthcare commercial roles with complex hospital accounts.
• Experience in multinational medical-device organizations or key-account environments preferred.
• Advanced selling, negotiation, strategic account management, and business planning skills.
• Ability to interpret sales and utilization data to inform proposals and tender decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own territory and account sales targets through demand creation and penetration.
• Develop strategic account plans for priority hospitals and stakeholders.
• Lead complex opportunities with clinical, procurement, finance, and admin stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute initiatives and manage assets in accounts.
