Job summary

Getz Healthcare Pty Limited is seeking a Pharmacy/Medical Sales professional in the Philippines to drive demand and manage territory growth. You will work with a dynamic Medtech-Vascular team, focusing on new account development, customer profiling, and delivering sales targets through program implementation.

The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, PRC registration, and strong networking and account-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or allied medical field.
• Registered Medical Representative with PRC.
• Minimum three years in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device selling, CV franchise preferred.
• Basic computer skills, strong selling, account management, and results orientation.
• Team player with proactive networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets and penetrate new accounts through marketing programs.
• Present territory performance at Business Review meetings and profile customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to meet targets, manage accounts, address complaints, develop new accounts.
• Manage receivables for cash sales adhering to company policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and gatekeepers; assist with bidding when needed.
