Job summary

Merck Group is seeking an Associate Product Manager to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for our Product Portfolio in the healthcare space. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and a proven track record in launching products and managing portfolios.

You will work across Brand, Medical, Access, and Commercial teams to align activities, drive growth, and deliver profitable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years in pharma with marketing leadership.
• Experience launching new products and driving growth in specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the Product Portfolio.
• Drive channels sales and meet profitability targets in line with strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Brand, Medical, Access, and Commercial.
• Lead promotional training for the Product franchise and manage budgets.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts to support planning and execution.
