Job summary

Metacom Careers in Metro Manila is seeking a Utility Services and Billing Support Representative (Voice) to handle customer interactions for utilities and telecom services.

The role requires 1 year of BPO experience and at least 6 months of voice work, with Telco or Sales exposure and a B2 level in Harver English. Initial site is UPTC with a planned transfer to Greenhills after ~35 months.
