Job summary

Metacom Careers in the Philippines is hiring a customer service specialist to handle inbound calls for a utility provider. The role requires at least 6 months voice account experience and a total of 1 year in BPO, with telecom or sales background.

You will work onsite at UPTC, with a planned transfer to Greenhills Tower. The position offers a permanent night shift with weekends off and a PHP 2,000 temporary transportation allowance.
