You will work onsite at UPTC, with a planned transfer to Greenhills Tower. The position offers a permanent night shift with weekends off and a PHP 2,000 temporary transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months voice account experience.
• At least 1 year of total BPO experience.
• Experience in telecom or sales accounts is required.
• B2 Harver English language proficiency or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding utility accounts, billing, payments, and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing accurate information and solutions.
• Process account updates and document customer interactions using company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
