Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a customer support specialist to assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, account maintenance, service requests, and issue resolution for utility accounts.

You will explain billing information, coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns, and deliver timely, professional service while adhering to company policies. Schedule: permanent graveyard shift with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of total BPO experience.
• At least 6 months of voice experience.
• With either Telco or Sales experience.
