The role requires 1 year of BPO experience and at least 6 months of voice work, with Telco or Sales exposure and a B2 level in Harver English. Initial site is UPTC with a planned transfer to Greenhills after ~35 months.

Qualifications

• Total BPO experience: at least 1 year.
• Voice experience: at least 6 months.
• With Telco or Sales experience.
• Must be at least B2 Harver Language.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions for a utility, provider, covering essential services like electricity, water, gas and telecommunications.
• Help customers understand their bills, resolve service issues, and navigate utility programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during service delivery.
