Job summary

PSG Global Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Utility Billing Analyst to manage utility invoices, monitor payments, maintain account records, and resolve billing discrepancies. This remote night-shift role supports accurate billing for US multifamily properties.

Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, coordinating with providers, reconciling expenses, and preparing reports. Experience in utility billing and strong Excel skills are required; night shift availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in utility billing, accounts payable or related finance role.
• Experience in US multifamily property management or affordable housing is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail required.

• Support resident utility billing and vacant unit cost recovery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in utility billing, accounts payable, property accounting, or a related finance role.
• Experience in US multifamily property management or affordable housing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Yardi, NetSuite, Conservice, or similar systems is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Amenable to work remotely on a nightshift schedule
