Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Utility Billing Analyst to manage utility invoices, monitor payments, and maintain account records for US multifamily properties. The role includes resolving billing discrepancies and supporting accounts payable processes.

The position supports remote night-shift work from the Philippines, requiring 3+ years in utility billing and strong Excel skills. Experience with Yardi, NetSuite, or Conservice is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in utility billing, accounts payable, property accounting, or a related finance role.
• Experience in US multifamily property management or affordable housing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Yardi, NetSuite, Conservice, or similar systems is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Amenable to work remotely on a nightshift schedule.
