Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a clinically skilled trainer with an active USRN license to lead knowledge transfer in a healthcare setting. The role emphasizes teaching, documentation standards, and evidence-based decision making within a Philippines-based team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of trainer experience in BPO/CPO, a strong clinical background across key domains, and proven leadership ability to guide a team through onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license required.
• Experience in knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials a plus.
• 1–2 years trainer experience in BPO/CPO.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, ICU, neurology, or rehabilitation; at least 2 years of relevant clin/hospital experience.
• Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge to accomplish results.
• Familiarity with evidence-based guidelines or client proprietary guidelines for clinical decisions.
• Clinical decision-making skills aligned with jurisdictional guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active USRN license
• Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certification a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant trainer experience in BPO/CPO
• With experience managing or leading a team
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine or rehabilitation useful. 3. At least 2 years of recent & pertinent clinical/hospital or similar experience.
• Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled.
• Knowledgeable in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing. The manner of narrating clinical picture consistent with a standard format of documentation per client format and jurisdictional requirement covering critical elements of narrative from subjective, objective, assessment, treatment planning.
• State Specific Evidence-Based Guidelines or Client Proprietary Guidelines familiarity with the appropriate evidence-based guidelines used or client proprietary guidelines in coming up with a clinical decision related to a treatment, diagnosis, or health condition.
• Clinical Decision-Making skills with ability to make sound clinical decision concisely after considering various available information and
• courses of action consistent with jurisdictional clinical guidelines or client mandated guidelines.
