Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Supervisor for the El Paso Account with a temporary WFH setup and a flexible, shift-based schedule to meet business needs across the Philippines.

You will lead knowledge transfer initiatives, apply Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness, and mentor a team of trainers. An active USRN license and strong clinical background are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license required.
• Experience delivering knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years trainer experience in BPO/CPO.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, ER, ICU, neurology, occupational medicine or rehabilitation; at least 2 years recent clinical experience.
• Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with proper clinical documentation per client guidelines.

Salary budget: PHP 73,000 to 80,000 package

Location: All locations in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao and Clark, Pampanga)

Qualifications:

• Active USRN license
• Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certification a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant trainer experience in BPO/CPO
• With experience managing or leading a team
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine or rehabilitation useful. 3. At least 2 years of recent & pertinent clinical/hospital or similar experience.
• Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled.
• Knowledgeable in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing. The manner of narrating clinical picture consistent with a standard format of documentation per client format and jurisdictional requirement covering critical elements of narrative from subjective, objective, assessment, treatment planning.
• State Specific Evidence-Based Guidelines or Client Proprietary Guidelines familiarity with the appropriate evidence-based guidelines used or client proprietary guidelines in coming up with a clinical decision related to a treatment, diagnosis, or health condition.
• Clinical Decision-Making skills with ability to make sound clinical decision concisely after considering various available information and
• courses of action consistent with jurisdictional clinical guidelines or client mandated guidelines.
