USRN Training Supervisor responsible for delivering effective training and knowledge transfer to team members in a BPO/CPO environment, with a focus on clinical processes and best practices.
Key responsibilities
Deliver training using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness methodology
Manage and lead training initiatives across multiple locations in the Philippines
Transfer knowledge related to clinical processes, medical documentation, and evidence-based guidelines
Ensure training consistency and quality across BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, and Clark, Pampanga locations
Develop and implement training programs for BPO/CPO teams
Support team members in clinical decision-making and documentation standards
About you
Active USRN license (any state)
At least 1–2 years of relevant trainer experience in BPO/CPO
At least 2 years of recent and pertinent clinical, hospital, or similar experience
Experience managing or leading a team
Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation
Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with technical and professional knowledge to accomplish results related to the process handled
Knowledgeable in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing with ability to narrate clinical picture consistent with standard documentation formats per client and jurisdictional requirements
Familiarity with State Specific Evidence-Based Guidelines or Client Proprietary Guidelines
Clinical Decision-Making skills with ability to make sound clinical decisions after considering available information and courses of action
Teaching credentials or certification a plus
