Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a USRN Training Supervisor to lead clinical training and knowledge transfer for healthcare professionals on a nationwide remote account.

The ideal candidate holds an active USRN license (any state), has 2+ years of clinical experience, and demonstrates SME capabilities along with coaching and documentation skills to ensure evidence-based practice across client settings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience

Are you a US Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience and a passion for training, coaching, and developing healthcare professionals?

We are looking for a USRN Training Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced USRN who can combine strong clinical knowledge with effective learning and knowledge-transfer skills.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active USRN License – Any U.S. State
• At least 2 years of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience
• Strong clinical background in areas such as:
  • Orthopedics
  • Emergency Room / Emergency Medicine
  • Intensive Care / ICU
  • Neurology
  • Occupational Medicine
  • Rehabilitation
• Strong Clinical Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
• Experience in training, teaching, coaching, or knowledge transfer
• Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness is highly preferred
• Teaching credentials or training certifications are a plus
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills
• Knowledge of medical/clinical summary writing and documentation standards
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical guidelines and/or client-specific clinical guidelines
• Ability to analyze clinical information and make sound, concise decisions based on applicable guidelines
