Emapta Philippines seeks a Jr. US Tech Recruiter to source and engage U.S.-based IT and Engineering professionals. You will screen candidates, build talent pools, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience focused on U.S. hiring.
• Direct exposure to IT and/or Engineering searches.
• Experience in US market recruitment and IT/Engineering recruitment.
• Track record of identifying and engaging U.S.-based technical professionals across software, data, cloud, DevOps, systems, networks, QA, or engineering.
• Knowledge of talent sourcing, qualification, candidate presentation, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
• Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, ATS databases, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into sourcing criteria.
• Comfort juggling multiple vacancies and pipelines while using ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with U.S.-based IT and Engineering professionals via LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, databases, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, qualifications, communication, career alignment, and fit.
• Build qualified talent pools for specialized, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct U.S. market research to uncover new sourcing channels and improve candidate availability.
• Present hiring stakeholders with targeted shortlists and concise evaluations.
• Manage candidate movement through interviews, offers, pre-employment, and onboarding.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders to meet hiring timelines.
• Handle multiple IT and Engineering requisitions with priority on critical roles.
• Record candidate data, feedback, activity, and progress in the ATS.
• Support full US technical recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding.
• Refine sourcing and recruitment practices to improve pipeline quality and outcomes.
