Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience focused on U.S. hiring, with IT/Engineering exposure.
• Experience with sourcing US-based technical professionals.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Willingness to night shift and hybrid work in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with U.S.-based IT and Engineering professionals through LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, candidate databases, referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Evaluate candidates through structured screening for technical experience, qualifications, communication, career alignment, and position fit.
• Build qualified talent pools for specialized, recurring, and hard-to-fill technical vacancies.
• Conduct U.S. talent market research to uncover new sourcing channels and strengthen candidate availability.
• Present hiring stakeholders with targeted shortlists supported by concise, accurate candidate evaluations.
• Oversee candidate movement across interviews, selection, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
