Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field.
• 4–5 years in talent acquisition/recruitment/talent sourcing.
• At least 3 years supporting U.S.-based hiring initiatives.
• Experience sourcing across multiple functions and levels in the U.S. market.
• Experience partnering with U.S.-based hiring managers in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. TA practices, labor market trends, sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for various roles.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and multiple sourcing channels.
• Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
• Experience building talent pipelines across multiple business lines.
