Job description

Comprehensive Therapy Consultants is looking to hire a well qualified professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcer. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate open positions with potential candidates effectively; meet daily and weekly outreach goals through cold calls, text, emails, and other communication channels; and work with the team to identify improvements to current processes and offer innovative ideas for enhancing candidate reach.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and education
• Demonstrated experience working as a talent acquisition recruiter
• Experience using recruitment databases and or ATS systems or other CRM software. Experience with Top Echelon is a plus.
• Good knowledge and understanding of recruitment best practices, experience interviewing and screening candidates
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good organizational abilities and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Able to work without supervision and independently search databases such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc to source candidates
• Proficient with all Microsoft packages including, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to engage with people of all levels from directors to the front line staff

Prior Experience

• Must have 3-5 years proven experience and success with recruitment
• Knowledge of healthcare professions and settings is a plus
• Experience working with US based companies is required
