Connext is a dedicated team of BPO experts serving US-based clients across Title and Escrow, Healthcare, Retail and more. We are hiring a Service Operations Coordinator to manage work orders, coordinate service activities, and maintain operational documentation for timely inspections and repairs.

The role requires thorough attention to detail, experience with ticketing and work-order systems, and the ability to liaise with branches, contractors, and account managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in back-office, service coordination or admin coordination for US/Australia/UK clients.
• Experience with ticketing, work order, dispatch, or service coordination tools.
• Comfortable navigating ticketing/workflow systems with accuracy and consistency.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and checklists.

Responsibilities

• Log new work orders from customer sites and shared inboxes accurately.
• Validate order details and escalate missing info to Account Managers.
• Coordinate orders with branches and contractors; ensure complete documentation.
• Maintain inspection schedules and track service activities to meet deadlines.
• Follow up with contractors for schedule confirmations and requirements.
• Update portals with visits, statuses, and inspection reports.
• Review inspection reports for accuracy, signatures, and documentation.
• Draft service quotes using photos, labor, and material details.
• Compile invoice packets and supporting documents after service completion.
• Track open orders and generate daily operational reports.
