Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Collateral Operations Support Specialist to work with Connext's client in the United States, delivering advanced technical and operational support on financial technology platforms.

You will serve as the primary contact for international clients, prioritize requests, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain detailed CRM/ticketing records to improve client experience and platform reliability.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years in client-facing technical support.
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
Experience providing technical support to clients.
Experience handling phone interactions with clients.
Proficiency in detailed technical support and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for international clients, handling platform inquiries.
Prioritize client requests, explain technical concepts clearly, and maintain relationships.
Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and determine resolutions or escalations.
Monitor platform performance and track bugs and technical concerns.
Coordinate with technical teams on issue resolution and validation of enhancements.
Maintain accurate CRM/ticketing documentation and identify improvement opportunities.
