Job summary

BLP, a Swiss SaaS scale-up, seeks an SDR Team Lead for Boston to build and lead a 6–8 person US outbound team. You’ll ramp reps, own the US pipeline, and craft the local playbook with guidance from the VP of Business Development.

On-site role, with daily coaching, accurate forecasting, and adapting the DACH approach to the US market. You’ll own the results and have uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an SDR/BDR team in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to own a pipeline number and forecast accurately.
• Knowledge of US enterprise buyers in Finance/Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Hire the founding US SDR team of 6 to 8 reps and set the interview bar.
• Own the US SDR pipeline number and forecast it accurately.
• Build outbound cadence, qualification, SDR-to-AE handoff, and CRM hygiene.
• Coach the team daily with call reviews and 1:1s.
• Ramp the team quickly with an onboarding program you own.
• Adapt the DACH playbook to the US market and own US-specific motions.
• Partner with the US country lead and AEs on targeting and account strategy.
