Job summary

Hire Overseas is hiring a Sales Quality and Coaching Manager to own SDR quality and performance for a B2B platform client. You will review calls and emails against a standard, coach SDRs to close gaps, and ensure targets are met. This hands-on role offers high ownership with autonomy over QA, coaching structure, and performance metrics.

You will work 100% remotely, during US business hours, with bi-monthly USD salary, PTO, and holidays in a fast-growing offshore staffing company.

Qualifications

• Experience as SDR manager, sales coach, team lead, or QA reviewer in outbound sales.
• Hands-on coaching with credible feedback that changes results.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review calls and emails against a scorecard; track quality trends.
• Coach SDRs with regular one-on-one sessions and live drills.
• Maintain scorecards, playbooks and coaching notes.
• Escalate performance concerns with a corrective plan or replacement.
