ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

This is an opportunity for an early-career recruiter, HR graduate, or people-focused professional to learn full-cycle recruitment while supporting searches for clients across multiple industries and countries. We are particularly interested in candidates with some sourcing or recruitment-coordination experience, but we will also consider strong graduates and career changers who show curiosity, persistence, and great communication skills.

The position is fully remote and works alongside senior recruiters, with hands-on training in sourcing, screening, candidate outreach, and AI-assisted recruitment tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and the internal database.
• Write and post job advertisements in line with client requirements and company standards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Reach out to passive candidates with personalized messages and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and pipeline status in the ATS and recruiting trackers.
• Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for review by senior recruiters.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer, reference-check, and onboarding paperwork as needed.
• Track daily and weekly activity metrics such as outreach, screens, and submittals.
• Follow company processes, data-privacy requirements, and equal-opportunity hiring practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or a related people-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Recent graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable making calls and reaching out to people you don't know.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, including ATS platforms and AI-assisted recruitment tools.
• Professional discretion with candidate and client information.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace; flexibility to work across client time zones.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruiting CRM.
• Agency or staffing-firm recruitment.
• Recruiting for US or international clients across time zones.
• High-volume, technical, or skilled-trades hiring.
• Using AI tools to support sourcing, outreach, or job-description writing.
