Qualifications

• US healthcare experience supporting US-based providers, hospitals, radiology practices or healthcare orgs is required.
• Previous experience in radiology coordination, healthcare operations, medical administration, patient coordination, or healthcare virtual assistant roles is strongly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of medical terminology; familiarity with radiology terminology is desirable.
• Strong aptitude for basic IT troubleshooting and quick learning of healthcare software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate urgent clinical information clearly and professionally.
• Remote readiness with a quiet, dedicated home-office setup for handling sensitive healthcare information.

Responsibilities

• Critical Findings & Communication: relay urgent radiology results to US hospitals and clinical teams per protocols.
• Workflow & Exam Coordination: track, prioritize, and coordinate incoming diagnostic exams by clinical urgency.
• Technical & System Support: troubleshoot minor system glitches within radiology and healthcare platforms.
• Operations & Monitoring: monitor communications, calls, and system alerts for rapid responses.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain real-time records while protecting patient privacy.
• Protocol Adherence: follow SOPs and US healthcare protocols in a 24/7 environment.
