Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience as Healthcare Virtual Assistant is an advantage.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical administrative tasks preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Must have stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Assist US based healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination tasks.
• Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verifications.
• Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide virtual patient support and conduct inbound/outbound follow-ups.
• Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
