Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via call, email, or chat within defined timeframes.
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings or close straightforward deals.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate pipeline.
• Maintain CRM accuracy with real-time logging of activities and statuses.
• Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and messaging.
• Meet weekly activity and conversion targets.
• Represent the brand professionally in early conversations.
• Focus on the US market and align work hours to PST.
