Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive our client’s business development pipeline from a remote setup in the Philippines. You will perform high-volume cold calling to schedule qualified appointments with US-based clients.

This is a pure outreach and filtering role, not closing deals. You’ll work from pre-qualified lists, make 80–120 calls per shift, and target 1–2 appointments daily.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in outbound appointment setting or cold calling.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting quotas.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers quickly.
• Comfortable making 80–120 calls per shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling objections and filtering leads during initial outreach.
• Ability to work Pacific Standard Time business hours.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients using provided lead lists from HubSpot and data sources.
• Qualify leads during initial conversations to ensure appointments are with decision-makers who fit the client’s profile.
• Set 1–2 qualified appointments per day (5–10 per week) for the sales team to close.
• Make 80-120 outbound calls per shift using RingCentral.
• Filter out unqualified prospects to maximize sales team efficiency.
• Follow established scripts and messaging while handling objections professionally.
• Track all call activity and appointment outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
• Maintain performance metrics and meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals.
