Job summary

StaffRight Careers is seeking a proactive SDR Virtual Support & Sales Operations Specialist to power the outbound engine for executive sales leadership. You will manage event lead sourcing, outreach cadences, CRM updates, and executive briefing packages.

Ideal candidates have SDR or Sales Operations experience, are fluent in English, and can work US time zones from the Philippines. This full-time role includes generous commissions and a 40-hour work week, with opportunities to support events in

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SDR, Sales Operations Assistant, or Executive VA.
• Hands-on with lead generation tools and data utilities (Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, Excel VLOOKUPs).
• Experience executing outbound cadences and maintaining CRM records.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong initiative, calendar management, and deliverable-driven thinking.
• Available to work in US time zones from the Philippines within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Data Enrichment: source emails/phones and clean/rank lead pipelines.
• Campaign & Cadence Management: manage outbound cadences and follow-ups.
• Executive Briefing & Logistics: prepare briefing packages and schedule meetings.
• CRM & Positioning Intelligence: log data and extract insights from conversations.
