Job summary

ISHIR is seeking an experienced inbound sales development representative to be the first point of contact for US-based clients seeking software, AI, data, or engineering talent. You’ll lead introductory calls, qualify opportunities, and coordinate handoffs to senior leadership, ensuring a smooth client journey from inquiry to handoff.

The role requires strong English communication, quick response times, and the ability to work U.S. Central Time hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an inbound sales, SDR, BDR, or inside sales role.
• US market experience with US-based prospects or clients.
• IT services domain experience in software, staff augmentation, or digital transformation.
• Excellent spoken and written English; confident in discovery calls.
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Availability to work US Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within 1 business hour via email and phone.
• Qualify leads through introductory calls understanding business needs, scope, budget, timeline, decision makers.
• Sell consultatively and build rapport with prospects.
• Route early-stage leads into nurture per ISHIR criteria.
• Review and re-engage web leads in HubSpot for opportunities.
