Job summary

Pride Global is hiring an Onboarding Specialist in Makati. The role focuses on guiding US contingent workers through onboarding, serving as the main liaison for payroll, benefits, and performance concerns, and handling offboarding tasks.

Onsite training, then hybrid work with 1x WFH and 4x onsite weekly. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in onboarding HR support with US clients, excellent English, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• I-9 verification experience (Highly Desirable).
• At least 2 years of Onboarding HR support, Project Coordination, preferably with US clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a calm, problem‑solving approach.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with VMS platforms Beeline or Fieldglass is a plus.
