REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, and other related fields.
• 2-3 years’ experience with US HR, US Timekeeping
• Experience/knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules is an asset
• Willing to work in Graveyard shift
• Willing to work in Taguig City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate seamless internal transitions by posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing new hire documentation.
• Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and compensation plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date personnel records in compliance with legal standards.
• Provide support to employees and contribute to improving the overall workplace environment.
• Manage various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
