Job summary

Pride Global in the Philippines seeks a US Human Resources Generalist/Engagement Specialist to support US-based workers. The role is hybrid with four onsite days per week at Ayala Avenue, Makati and hours flexible to US time zones.

You will be the primary contact for assignments, handle pay/benefits/HR issues, manage offboarding, coaching, contract renewals, and maintain accurate records in the Job Diva ATS. A HR degree and experience in engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in employee engagement or assignment management.
• Proficiency with ATS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for US workers throughout their assignments.
• Provide support and resolution for issues related to pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations by coordinating with internal departments.
• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.
• Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to help reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Conduct check-ins during the first two weeks of assignment to ensure smooth integration and clarity on timesheets, pay stubs, and systems access.
• Monitor and support continuing education and training requirements during assignments.
