Job summary

NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations member to prepare, organize and ship mortgage loans to investors from a client location. A friendly attitude and ability to work in a high-activity team environment are required.

You will review files, update LOS, and ensure investor requirements are met while maintaining documentation quality. The role offers above-market pay with benefits including HMO from day 1 and government-mandated services.

Qualifications

• Familiar with common office software and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience with mortgage loan processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review closed loan files for completeness before shipping to Investor.
• Gather required documentation and investor-specific requirements.
• Deliver imaged and some original documents to Investor.
• Update LOS to reflect shipment details and progress.
• Upload suspense documents to LOS and Investor sites for review.
• Notify management of defects or unresponsive resources.
• Maintain a desk tracker to monitor outstanding items.
• Check investor site acceptability for delivery.

Department: Operations

Location: Client

Compensation: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews closed loan files for completeness prior to shipping to the Investor
• Retrieves loan file documentation and investor specific requirements for purchase
• Delivers imaged loan files and some original documents to the Investor
• Updating LOS to reflect shipment details
• Uploads suspense documents to LOS and Investor sites for review and purchasing of loans
• Notifies management of incurable defects or unresponsive internal or external resources
• Maintain a tracker of all files on their desk, including what is outstanding on each file, to ensure that no file slips through the cracks.
• Check investor site for acceptability for delivery
