Job summary
NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations member to prepare, organize and ship mortgage loans to investors from a client location. A friendly attitude and ability to work in a high-activity team environment are required.
You will review files, update LOS, and ensure investor requirements are met while maintaining documentation quality. The role offers above-market pay with benefits including HMO from day 1 and government-mandated services.
Qualifications
- Familiar with common office software and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Personable and team-oriented in a high-activity environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Experience with mortgage loan processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review closed loan files for completeness before shipping to Investor.
- Gather required documentation and investor-specific requirements.
- Deliver imaged and some original documents to Investor.
- Update LOS to reflect shipment details and progress.
- Upload suspense documents to LOS and Investor sites for review.
- Notify management of defects or unresponsive resources.
- Maintain a desk tracker to monitor outstanding items.
- Check investor site acceptability for delivery.
