Eastvantage is hiring a US Legal Recruiter based in the Philippines to support our US staffing operations from a hybrid setup in Ortigas.

You will source, screen, and recruit for US-based legal roles, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants, while aligning with US teams and account managers. The role requires night shifts to match US hours and a strong command of English. A proactive attitude and ability to manage an active ATS/CRM pipeline are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, preferably US market.
• Direct experience recruiting for US legal roles.
• Experience with contract and permanent placements.
• Sourcing Attorneys, Paralegals, and related legal professionals.
• Strong knowledge of US recruiting practices.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to screen and interview candidates effectively.
• Willing to work US hours from the Philippines.
• Able to work independently and with US-based teams.

Responsibilities
