Qualifications

• 2–3+ years recruiting for the US market at an agency or RPO.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and multi-channel sourcing.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions with strong ATS hygiene.
• Excellent written and spoken English to liaise with US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle for the US client.
• Identify active and passive tech talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates against client requisitions and build talent pools.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with clients and candidates.
• Track recruitment activity in the ATS and meet KPIs and SLAs.
